We currently offer a 14-foot dump trailer with 3-foot sidewalls, which holds approximately 7-10 cubic yards of material. This is equivalent to about 4-5 pickup truck loads. It's the perfect size for most residential projects — big enough to handle serious cleanouts, but compact enough to fit in a standard driveway.
You can load most household junk, construction debris, yard waste, old furniture, appliances, roofing materials, concrete, dirt, and general renovation waste. We cannot accept hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, or any liquids. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us.
The trailer can be placed on concrete driveways, asphalt, or compacted gravel. We recommend a flat, level surface with enough clearance for the trailer (approximately 20 feet long including the tongue). We'll place boards under the jack stand to protect your driveway surface.
We primarily operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), which is when most homeowners tackle their projects. Delivery windows are typically between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For weekday availability, please contact us directly — we can sometimes accommodate special requests.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekend rentals. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible, so don't hesitate to call. During peak seasons (spring and fall), booking a week ahead is ideal.
Each rental tier includes a weight allowance (2-4 tons depending on your plan). If you exceed the limit, there's a $50 per additional ton overage fee. We'll weigh the load at the dump facility and let you know if any overage applies. No surprises.
Yes! All rental prices include standard disposal at a licensed facility. You load it, we haul it and dump it. The disposal fee is built into your rental price — no extra trips to the landfill for you.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We understand plans change, so we try to be as flexible as possible.
Absolutely. If you need more time, just give us a call before your rental window expires. Extended time is available at $25 per additional hour. For multi-day extensions, we can work out a discounted rate.
You don't need to be home, but we do need clear access to your driveway and a confirmed placement location. We'll coordinate with you via text/phone to make sure the trailer goes exactly where you want it.
